All persons depicted in images or videos on the website found at shemaleplus.com were 18 years of age or over when the images or videos were created.
The operator of shemaleplus.com is not the primary "producer" of any images or video recordings of explicit sexual or simulated sexual conduct that may appear there. The actions of owners and operators of the website are confined to the transmission, storage, retrieval, hosting, or formatting of content, which may be sexually explicit, that is provided by third-party users. All portions of the website that display such user-furnished content are under the control of the relevant users. The operators are therefore exempt from compliance with Section 2257 records keeping and labeling obligations as per 28 C.F.R. §75.1(c)(4). In keeping with 18 U.S.C. § 2257(h)(2)(B)(v) and 47 U.S.C. § 230(c), the operator of shemaleplus.com may delete any content which is considered illegal, defamatory, indecent, harmful or otherwise in conflict with the website's terms of use and/or policies.
